We have Pilates, Yoga and Personal Training Classes.
To join a group class there are 3 options:
1. If you have NO health concerns and exercise regularly - Purchase a drop in class, a class pack or monthly plan. The more classes you do, the less expensive it is.
2. If you have a health issue or pain, are stuck in a rut, or not sure what you need book a Transformational Coaching appointment with Rachael before joining a group class.
3. If you want to join a Reformer Pilates class and need experience with the Reformer machine book a Pilates Consultation.
Following your private appointment we will talk you through the next step in joining a group class.

Our Appointment types are as follows:
1. Transformational Coaching with Rachael (if you have pain, a health concern, are stuck in a rut or not sure what you need).
2. Pilates Consultation (if you need Reformer machine experience or would like to understand the fundamentals of Pilates for improved function).
3. Private Pilates (Have had a Transformational Coaching session or a Pilates Consultation and would like to expand your Pilates experience).

A. Repower Pilates
πΉ Reformer Pilates
What makes us different?
As one of Ireland’s first Reformer Pilates studios (est. 2011), we use the Allegro 2 Reformer from Balanced Body, enhanced with raised legs for added comfort and better posture support. Our experienced teachers specialise in pain management, performance, and posture care.
Who is it for?
Clinical Reformer: For pain, injury, or chronic conditions
Level 1: For beginners or those refining fundamentals
Level 2: For experienced clients wanting a stronger challenge
What to expect:
A full-body resistance workout focused on posture, strength, mobility, and bone health, tailored to your needs. Small class sizes ensure hands-on guidance and safe, effective technique.

Who is it for?
Level 1: Beginners, clients with discomforts, or those revisiting core technique
Level 2: For experienced clients building strength and resilience
What to expect:
Learn core Pilates principles using small props and bodyweight resistance. Expect improved posture, flexibility, joint stability, and mind-body connection, all in a focused, small-group setting.
B. Yoga at Repower
Who is it for?
Anyone needing to reduce stress and improve relaxation.
Those with physical limitations or recovering from injury.
Clients seeking mindfulness and mental clarity.
What to expect:
We offer a variety of yoga classes, some led by our team, others by external teachers (with separate pricing). Explore different styles to support flexibility, balance, and inner calm.
C. Group Personal Training
Who is it for?
Beginners and experienced wanting to build strength and improve knowledge around lifting techniques and function.
Fitness lovers seeking challenge, accountability, and structure.
What to expect:
Train in a small group (max 6) with expert coaching on lifting technique, injury prevention, and correct form. Learn how to build muscle, boost bone health, and get stronger with every session, while gaining the confidence to train independently.
β Please arrive 5 minutes before your class or appointment to fill out the Medical Health Form (if its your first time or its been a year since your last visit). This also allows time to put your grip socks on and take a moment to put your belongings in the baskets provided.
β Our studios are a shoe-free zone. Please leave your shoes with your belongings in the waiting area.
β For your safety grippy socks must be worn whenever you are shoe free in the studio. Bring your own, or take a pair from the waiting area and pop €10 in the box beside them.
β Come in comfortable stretchy leisure wear. If you are coming from work, we have a bathroom to change into if needed.
β Bring a water bottle. We have filtered water in the studio.
β For safety we lock the doors after class starts. If you are running late, please ring the Repower buzzer to the right of the front door and we will buzz you in. (Ring once as it is loud).
β It's time to switch off. We ask that you kindly leave your phone on silent and with your belongings in the waiting area.

When booking please let us know if you are interested in mat Pilates or reformer Pilates. If you are unsure your teacher will guide you on the day. During your Pilates Consultation we get to understand your medical history and any pain or health concerns you have. We assess your functional movements, observe and correct your posture and alignment when needed, and take you through modifications for any discomforts you have.
We guide you through the fundamental Pilates movements and the breath technique, and answer any questions you have.
Following your consultation, we will guide your next step.
Your options are:
1. Private Pilates lessons
2. Group Pilates - Membership or Class Packs
3. Clinical / Level 1 / Level 2 Group Class
From here you can decide on a class time, and we will guide you on the class level that suits your needs best.

Membership is a monthly auto payment where your payment is on the same day each month. We are open for 47 weeks per year and close for 5 weeks. Payment is over 12 months. You can stop your membership anytime with 2 weeks notice, stating your last class time and date, in writing to hello@repowerme.ie
There are 3 types of membership:
1. Auto enroll - unique to Repower - we save your class place ongoing. There is no need to book in online. If you need to cancel or reshedule a class you can do this online. We can hold 1 place, 2 places (20% discount) or 3 places (30% discount) per week. Contact hello@repowerme.ie for this option.
2. Unlimited - book online, any class, 1 class per day.
3. Reformer Plans - book online, chose 4 or 8 classes per month.

You can cancel up to 3 hours before class start time to get a class credit. You will receive a class credit if you cancel within your pricing option expiry date.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, otherwise the full fee applies.
To cancel your appointment, please go into your Schedule in Mindbody by clicking on the button below and click ‘Cancel’ next to your appointment date.
If you don't have a Mindbody account, you will need to create one with your email address to cancel.

If you ever forget your password, please click “Forgot Password?” through the same link. Repower can not change your password for you.
At Repower Pilates helps you from the outside in. It is mainly about physical strength and balance. You may have one shoulder higher that the other, or a difference in your leg length. These asymmetries are in all of us humans. However if we are constantly out of balance this can cause pain, dysfunction and ongoing discomfort. At Repower our Pilates helps to rebalance your muscle groups and align your skeletal system so your posture is not under strain and pain becomes less.
At Repower, yoga helps you from the inside out. It is mainly mindful strength and balance. Our yoga takes a look at your mindset, yes it is about stretching, however our theory is about stretching your mind and learning about your mental challeges. Here is your time to unwind, destress and find out what lights you up to become happier, and healthier, finding enjoyment in the ordinary everyday.
Both Pilates and yoga compliment one another and are fantastic diciplines to become more curios about your body and mind.

Yes.
Your first Reformer Pilates Class is €19.
Your first Mat Pilates, Yoga or Group Personal Training Class is €16.
Please note if you have pain, an injury, a health concern, are pregnant or need guidance, book a Pilates Consultation before trialing any class to assist with modifications, form and posture.

We have Clinical Classes for those with health conditions or are post surgery, Pilates Level 1 and Level 2, Group Personal Training for when you feel stronger, and Yoga to suit all levels.

If you are pregant it is advisable to discuss movement and exercise with your GP or maternity health care practitioner. It is important to have a letter from your practitioner stating that there are no concerns before booking any of our services.
