At this session, you can also expect personalised feedback, possible hands-on guidance, and a tailored plan outlining whether private sessions or group classes are right for you, and how often you should practice. Your teacher will then guide you on the next step.

B. Private Pilates 1:1

The Private Pilates 1:1 is for:


  • Clients following a Pilates Consultation who have been advised to do 1:1 instead of group
  • Those needing personalised support for injury, pain, or medical conditions
