About Rachael

Rachael Davis is a health and movement specialist. She a thought leader in

transformational coaching, pain, and stress management.


With 25 years of experience in well-being and healthcare, she holds an Honours Degree in Sports Rehabilitation Therapy and is certified in Pilates, yoga, and leadership coaching. As a specialist in her field, Rachael delivers an integrative, evidence-based approach to both physical and personal

transformation.


Since 2003, she has owned and successfully run her business, Repower, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to empowering others.


In 2005, her research on Pilates and back pain was published in a medical journal, highlighting her long-term dedication to educating in functional movement, rehabilitation, and preventive care.

Rachael has worked globally with elite athletes, including world champion boxer Katie Taylor for over a decade, as well as professional football clubs, physiotherapy and holistic healthcare practices, hospitals,

cancer support centers, and the Move for Parkinson’s Association.


Having transformed her own wellbeing and supported both top performers and individuals with chronic illness, Rachael understands the mindset required to live a champion’s, never-give-up lifestyle.
