Please read through all Terms and Conditions before enrolling/booking any of our services. By enrolling/booking as a client of Repower, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below.


  • Our small group Group Pilates classes run for a total of 50 minutes starting on the half hour to twenty past the hour. Please arrive on time to avoid injury and class disturbance.
  • Special Pop-Up classes and/or courses run for 60 minutes. 
  • Workshops are 90 minutes or two hours long. 
  • Other Events and/or Retreats may run anywhere between 3 hours - a few days. 
  • Please note that toe-socks with grip underneath are compulsory in the studio for your safety.
  • As a courtesy to others, and to encourage time for yourself, please do not use your mobile phone in the studio, unless it is an emergency. Please keep your phone with your belongings switched off or on silent.
  • Please let your teacher/therapist know prior to class/service if you have any injuries or concerns that may affect your health and participation.
  • Repower reserves the right to change conditions of membership, hours of operation, timetables, services offered and all fees and charges, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to the member. Any such changes will be notified to you through either a newsletter, the website and/or notices in the studio.
  • Repower may change or substitute any teacher / therapist / facilitator at any time without providing notice to clients.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you correctly operate any studio facilities or equipment. If you are unsure please book a private appointment to ensure you have the one-on-one time to learn and ask questions about any of our equipment/services. If you are in doubt as to how to correctly operate or use any of the equipment, you must consult a staff member for assistance. 
  • You agree to be bound by and to uphold the “Repower Terms and Conditions”. You acknowledge that you have been provided with a copy of the current policies. The guidelines may be updated by Repower at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.



Terms and Conditions

  • Repower is used as an abbreviation for the business and in these set Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of ‘Repower’ as an abbreviation is agreed upon prior to participating in any service held in or out of the Studio / Online.

  • By booking a class/service or any other offerings at or by Repower, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in any of our classes or services.

  • We reserve the right to change, update or reissue these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted to our website and you agree to be bound by such changes. References to “we”, “us” and/or “our” in these Terms and Conditions is a reference to Repower and the entire Repower team. 

  • Participating in any form of exercise at our studio is done entirely at your own risk. You are advised to seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise program if you are in any doubt about your ability to engage in exercise. You must inform us and any Repower teachers/therapists if there are any risks to your health by participating in any service, if you have a medical condition, are pre or post surgery, have an injury, illness, muscle soreness/discomfort or are pregnant, prior to attending a class or service. It is necessary that you seek approval from a medical practitioner/consultant if you have any of the conditions listed prior to participation in any of our classes/services. Participating in any form of exercise at our studio with a Medical Condition or any of the listed conditions is done entirely at your own risk. 

  • You acknowledge that our teachers/therapists may make physical contact with you for correction purposes in order to ensure that your practice is undertaken in accordance with known practice methods during classes/services. Participating and engaging in practice methods is done entirely at your own risk.

  • We are not liable in any way to provide you with a refund, credit, transfer, or to offer compensation of any kind, for classes/services that are not held in accordance with the Class/Service Schedule but may choose to do so at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our opening hours at our studio on any given day without notice to you. You will be notified of any permanent changes to our opening hours. Repower reserves the right to refuse entry to, or eject you from our studio for any reason. 

  • We are not responsible in any way for the safekeeping of your personal belongings. We recommend that you bring minimal personal belongings into our studio, which are absolutely necessary for you to possess for the duration of your visit. You are not permitted to interfere or tamper with, steal, or cause loss or damage to, the personal belongings of another person at the Studio. If you do so, we may cancel your Membership and permanently ban you from entering our studio.

  • To the extent permitted by law: Repower will not be liable and excludes all liability under these Terms and Conditions, in tort, statute or in any other way for all injury, illness, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever directly or indirectly sustained by you in relation to a Membership, participating in any Class/Service or otherwise entering the Studio. You hereby release Remedy and its Representatives from all claims relating to a Membership, participating in any Class or otherwise entering the Studio. Any unenforceable or void provision, or part thereof, may be severed from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. 

  • A Repower Membership is based on a 48-week year (depending on when Christmas falls). A member pays for a yearly membership in monthly instalments. In other words, a member does not pay for a break week. 


Payment Terms Group Classes

  • You acknowledge that you must participate and pay for a Pilates Consultation before joining a group Pilates class to determine the correct class level for you. You have been given the option of choosing 1. Membership based on a monthly billing agreement or 2. Purchase a Flexi class pack.

  • A Monthly Membership debit may be paid by a nominated credit/debit card. On each occasion that a scheduled Monthly payment is declined for any reason, the Member gives permission to Repower to charge a payment declined fee. The current decline fee of €10.00 may change without prior notice. Should any payments, fees or other debts remain due but unpaid from any source, the member acknowledges that Repower may suspend the Member’s use of the membership services until all payments, fees and other debts are paid in full. If payment is not received the membership may be cancelled. Members' credit ratings may be affected. You must keep Remedy informed of any change in your contact details, bank accounts or credit/debit card details for payment, or any other information relevant to your membership.

  • This agreement entitles the member to the usage of equipment and resources at Repower in accordance with the T&Cs contained within. Failure to attend classes at Repower does not exclude the member from other obligations contained in this agreement.

  • You agree to receive marketing correspondence via electronic transmission on a regular basis which may include (but is not limited to) newsletters and promotional material.

  • To end your membership you must email a two-week cancellation notice to hello@repowerme.ie with the date and time of your last class, otherwise your membership & payment will be cancelled two weeks following the date of the received email.



Medical Warning

  • Prior to undertaking any exercise under Repower you should consult with your doctor or other healthcare practitioners to ensure that you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that may be appropriate for you. You must notify your teacher/therapist/facilitator if you have any injuries or medical conditions which may impact your ability to participate in our classes/services. You will have the opportunity to discuss your injuries and/or medical conditions during a private appointment which you must book. Main medical and health notes will be updated on your personal MindBody Account so that Repower teachers/therapists/facilitators can be made aware of any pain/injuries/illnesses/medical conditions you may have. 

  • By undertaking any exercise program/service at Repower, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that the teachers/therapists/facilitators and distributors of our exercise programs/services will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising as a result of, or in connection with, your undertaking of any such exercise program/service/event and / or following advice contained on our website or given by our team. 

  • Owners and/or teachers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type/service/event for safety reasons, and owners and/or teachers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance. 



Cancellation Policy


Cancellations or rescheduling group classes must be done through MindBody on the App or through our website (always better to do on the Desktop) at least 3 hours prior to class. We do not accept cancellations made by phone, email or social media. To cancel please do this online via your personal login on MindBody HERE. If this fails for any reason, please email hello@repowerme.ie to let us know of the glitch.


  • If you do not cancel your class online, you will lose that class credit. There are no exceptions. 

  • Repower may cancel a class at any time for any reason. You will be credited for any classes in this circumstance. Group classes require a minimum of 3 clients in order to run. If this is not met, the class will be removed from the schedule. You will be notified of class cancellation and will receive credit towards another class. In other words, you will not be charged for a cancelled class.

  • Membership: Repower requires two weeks’ cancellation notice via email to hello@repowerme.ie. You agree that your membership may be cancelled by Remedy / Repower if you do not adhere to the guidelines if your behaviour in the studio is not acceptable or for any other reason that the management of Repower decides is appropriate. Repower reserves the right to refuse future membership to you in these circumstances.

  • Flexi Class Pass: Class passes will activate from the date of your first class. All Class Passes have an expiry. Please check this on purchasing. There are no refunds or extensions on any of Repower's Flexi Class Passes.

  • Workshops, Courses & Events: All workshops, courses, pop-up classes and/or any other event offered by Remedy / Repower are non-refundable and non-transferable. Repower reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any of the above offerings. If  Repower reschedules or cancels a workshop you will be refunded credit to your MindBody Account which you may use towards any of our other services.

  • Appointments: Appointments must be prepaid to secure your booking. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for any private appointment. If you fail to cancel prior to this time, you will lose your session. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please do so through your MindBody schedule or through the Appointment Reminder Email or our website.

Illness Policies

If you become unable to use Repower facilities by reason of permanent or temporary physical/medical incapacity, your membership will be cancelled immediately from the time you connect with us, provided that the incapacity is substantiated by a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner.


Pregnancy

  • Pregnant clients must provide written clearance from their doctor, women’s health physio or OBGYN to participate in classes.
  • Repower can accommodate pregnant clients unless they are experiencing complications in their pregnancy.
  • If a regular client becomes pregnant, Repower reserves the right to move you into a Level 1 or Clinical class with the pregnant clients permission.
  • All new clients to Repower must book a Pilates Consultation before joining a group class. If a pregnant client comes to Repower with written clearance, a Repower teacher will place you into the group class they deem fit following your Consultation.


Personal Agreement:

  • I agree that Repower will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. I understand classes may be physically strenuous and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is a potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Repower or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
