As one of Ireland’s first Reformer Pilates studios (est. 2011), we use the Allegro 2 Reformer from Balanced Body, enhanced with raised legs for added comfort and better posture support. Our experienced teachers specialise in pain management, performance, and posture care.

B. Mat Pilates

You will learn the core Pilates principles using small props and bodyweight resistance. Expect improved posture, flexibility, join stability, and mind-body connection, all in a focused, small-group setting.
C. Yoga at Repower

Our Yoga classes are deigned for anyone:
